Omni Jiu Jitsu empowers underserved youth in Los Angeles by providing access to free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, mental health services, and nutritious meals. We are dedicated to fostering resilience, building confidence, and promoting holistic well-being in our community. Through physical, mental, and emotional support, we aim to create a positive environment where youth can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Unit 26.2 exists to build lasting relationships between LAPD officers and the young people of Los Angeles through the discipline, mentorship, and shared struggle of marathon training. We turn the finish line into a symbol of what’s possible when a community shows up for its kids. We train runners. We build relationships. We change what “community policing” looks like one mile at a time.

By pairing law enforcement officers with local youth to run side-by-side, 10K With A Cop promotes physical fitness, positive lifestyle habits, and community trust. Supported by strong community partnerships, the program equips active students with running shoes, weekly character lessons, and transforms vulnerable home environments through the Healthy Room Project to bridge the gap between police and the next generation.
