Lincoln Rams
The Lincoln Rams working in partnership with Los Angeles Police Department community safety unit is committed to serving the Ramona Gardens residents, an underprivileged community as well as the surrounding communities.
By providing a vehicle through football and cheerleading we hope to bestow a sense of sportsmanship and teamwork. To provide our youth with moral, scholastic, physical and mental fitness by providing vehicle through football and cheerleading to accomplish these goals.

2012 – The Lincoln Tigers take the field.
For more than a decade, the Tigers proudly serve the children of Lincoln Heights – giving local kids a safe, structured place to grow, season after season.
2024 – Project Blue and the LA Rams make it official.
The Tigers become the Lincoln Rams, expanding our reach across Northeast LA – including the Ramona Gardens community – and keeping every program safe, structured, and inspiring for local families.
150 kids strong, every single year.
Football. Cheer. And our newest addition: girls flag football. From 4-year-olds taking their first snap to 14- year-olds leading the way, every athlete learns the excitement, discipline, and joy of being part of a committed team.
Cheer reaches the top. Twice. National Champions – 2023 and 2025. Proof of what dedication from our players, coaches, and staff can build.
Now, confidence, character, and lifelong memories. Today, we’re exactly where we started: in Lincoln Heights, for Lincoln Heights.
Officers play an essential role in the Lincoln Rams community. They bring valuable experience, mentorship, and real‑world understanding that helps guide our youth. Many of our kids look up to them as trusted role models, and their involvement strengthens the bond between families, the program, and the community.

We are grateful for all of the support we receive. However, one of the greatest challenges we face as the Lincoln Rams is securing the resources our kids deserve. Each year, we work hard to support our young athletes but funding and access to a consistent field remain our biggest obstacles. Many of our families cannot afford the costs that come with youth sports, so we step in where we can. We provide athletic wear and team merchandise to ensure every child feels included and proud to represent the Lincoln Rams. No child is ever turned away because of financial hardship.
